The owners wanted to turn their useless garage into useful living space, we tied the new space into the existing living living room. The new dining area now enjoys the beautiful marsh views and flows into the living room making a huge entertaining area.

We also added more outside deck space to take advantage of the beautiful scenery overlooking the Marsh and Conservation land.
